Subscriptions

How do I cancel?

iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Puffulet › Cancel Subscription. Or in Puffulet: Settings › Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles payments and refunds: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose “Request a refund”.

I paid, but Puffulet still shows the paywall

Tap Restore at the bottom of the subscription screen, or Settings › Restore purchases, while signed in with the same Apple ID you paid with.

I have an offer code

Tap Redeem code on the subscription screen, or Settings › Redeem a code.

Check-ins

My check-in didn't count

Tap “I really did it” on the result screen and it counts (once a day per activity). For the best results, prop your phone in front of you so your head and shoulders stay in view, in good light.

Are my videos saved?

No. Each clip is deleted right after it's checked. See the Privacy Policy.

Alarms and reminders

My alarm or reminders don't ring

Make sure Alarms and Notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings › Puffulet. Puffulet shows a warning in its Settings if either is off.

How do I skip tomorrow?

In Puffulet's Settings you can skip tomorrow's alarm, or the whole day (Puffy hibernates).

Account

New phone?

Install Puffulet and sign in with the same Apple or Google account. Your pet and plan are waiting.
